Abstract
Under the conditions of long term
immobilization the statistical parametres of rats emotional
brain electric activity are considered. It is established
that depending on duration of immobilization values of
coherence (Coh) between activity of MA-ergic (nR, LC) and
hypotalamic (AHL, VM) nuclei that responsible for various
emotional conditions formation undergo diffi cult dynamic
reorganizations. The data obtained are considered from
the standpoint of the contribution of various components
Ma-ergic neurotransmition in organism emotional intensity
level formation.

30 strains of filamentous fungi Aspergillus
terreus, isolated from different soil samples (red soil,
the peel of salt with soil ) in Uzbekistan, as potential
producers of lovastatin and related compounds have
been studied. Four active strains of investigated sample
have been found. One of them together with lovastatin
is capable to produce small amounts of simvastatin.
Original content of lovastatin in the biomass of active
strains gives grounds to consider them quite promising
for this purpose

Abstract
Variability of hydrolase complex enzymes
activity in soybean (Glycine max L.) and productivity is
established depending on meteorological factors of the
vegetative period and agroclimatic zones of cultivation.
The increased temperature and plentiful deposits positively
infl uence soybean productivity. Three years studying
of enzymes specifi c activity has shown that in soybean of
zoned grades investigated enzymes activity is higher in
northern agroclimatic zone. The enzym-electrophoresis
method revealed that the occurrence of various forms of
researched enzymes depends on meteorological factors of
year of cultivation more than on an agroclimatic zone.

The research of the activity of the basic
enzymes hydrolase complex in a collection of 15 soybean
grades of various ecological and geographical origin grown
in different agroclimatic zones (the Amur and Moscow
region) has shown, that the soya adaptive potential
depends on high-quality features and conditions of growth.
It is stated that activity esterase and amilase complexes in
seeds of grades from the Amur selection the Sonata and
Harmony is practically identical to the Amur and Moscow
areas that testifi es the high stability of the given grades to
different agroclimatic cultivation conditions.

Abstract
The indices of external respiratory function
in female students during examinations and in the interim
period were investigated. The results point out a higher
level of situational anxiety in the exam period compared
to the interim period. Participants reported an increase in
the rates of airway conductance and respiration during examinations.
The comparison between individual indices of
situational anxiety and the functional state of the respiratory
system shows that the nature of changes in external
respiratory function indices correlates with the level of situational
anxiety. These changes demonstrate the impact of
exam stress on external respiratory function.

Nootropic properties of D-and L-isomers of
N-(5-hydroxynicotinoil)-glutamate have been studied in
autbred rats and mice. It is shown that only L-isomer of the
substance eliminates adverse effects on memory maximal
electroshock in rats and causes a tendency to increase
survival of mice in a model of hypoxia.

The paper provides an analysis of frequency
of occurrence of peripheral blood erythrocytes
with abnormal structure of the nucleus of commercial
fish species of the Volga-Caspian channel. Tsitopatologicheskie
structure changing of the nucleus is considered
as a consequence of degenerative processes
in the body due to the complex influence of exogenous
and endogenous factors. Tsitopatologicheskih changing
level in nuclear structure can serve as a fish organism
state indicator, its adaptive capacity.

Abstract
In the article the leading role of thermodynamics
in transformation of biology into the kind of
exact science like physics and chemistry is discussed.
Bioenergetics emerged in the 1860s as a new branch
of general physiology investigating the applicability of
thermodynamics laws to living processes, in the 1920s
became a research field of biochemistry. In the 1930s
- 60s bioenergetics as the science investigating the
molecular basis of energy metabolism is formed. The
conclusion is made that the history of bioenergetics reflects
the most significant patterns of the development
of modern physical-chemical biology.

Abstract
The purpose of the work was to study
the adaptable features and the stress factors infl uence
analysis on the growth and development of plant symbiotic
system - microorganisms Rhizobium trifolii and Trifolium
pratense. Ultra structure change symbiotic mechanism
under the infl uence of stress factors has been established.
We have found out that in the infected cell of root nodule
there are two organisms - prokaryote and eukaryote which
are under infl uence of senescence as a result of stressinducing
impact. It should be noted that their senescence
does not always proceed synchronously. Our experiments
also have shown that theperibacterial space becomes the
lytic compartment during the period of symbiotic system
senescence. Its activity is under plant cell control

Abstract
The microbiological analysis of grey-brown
soil in the regions of the high level ionizing radiation
in Absheron (scale-radiation 50-700 mkr/hr) showed
that the qualitative and quantitative structure of aerobic
chemoorganotrophic bacteria (growing on meat-peptone
agar (MPA) is poorer, than in tested soil (a level scaleradiation
less than 30 mkr/hr). In all samples Bacillus cereus
and B. polymyxa were determined. Thus, the reduction of
number and the variety of soil bacteria under the infl uence
of anthropogenic radiation has been determined.

Abstract
It is known that the Biblical frankincense
(BF) is biologically active and has a variety of medical
supplies. The paper shows the therapeutic effects of incense
smoke directly on models of artifi cial peritonitis.
The components of frankincense derived exclusively
from the areas of their historical origins and preparation
was carried out strictly according to the text of the Old
Testament. It turned out that the exact implementation
of formulations is necessary to obtain highly dispersed
aerosols (smoke). Note that only those aerosols with particle
diameter of 6.10 m or less can penetrate the lungs
alveoli and provide an active therapeutic effect. Thus, the
biblical description of the principle has not only ritual but
also a large high-tech knowledge-based content.

Abstract
Nootropic and neuroprotective effects of the
calcium N-(5-hydroxynicotinoil)-L-glutamate (ampasse)
have been studied on rats. Nootropic properties are investigated
on a model of amnesia of the conditioned refl ex of
passive avoidance caused by scopolamine administration
(2 mg / kg, i.p.) or a maximal electroshock. Neuroprotective
effects of the substance studied on the model of post-traumatic
intracerebral hematoma. It is shown that ampasse
(5-50 mg/kg, i/p) prevents the development of both forms
of experimental amnesia and is more effective on this point
than the substance for comparison Piracetam (300, 600
mg/kg, i/p). Ampasse (10 mg/kg, i/p) possesses protective
activities on the neurological and cognitive defi ciencies in
rats with intracerebral posttraumatic hematoma.

Abstract
The effect of intranasal Panavir (200 mcg / 0.2
ml) administration on the EEG of healthy volunteers was
investigated in a blind paired study. Panavir and placebo
were injected alternately with intervals of 30 days without
informing the persons about the nature of the injected
substance. EEG was recorded before and after 10 and
120 minutes and 24 hours after the substance treatment.
Some differences in the Panavir and placebo effects were
revealed. 10 min after the introduction of short-term placebo
indicated an increase in EEG power spectrum in the
range of theta- and beta-waves, 2 hours later - a decrease
of spectral power in theta- and beta- bands, and 24 hours
- only a reduction of spectral power in the theta-range. The
feature of the Panavir EEG effect which is observed after
2 hours is a steady decline in spectral power in a narrow
range of beta-activity noted during the observation time,
and increased alpha-rhythm in occipital cortex 24 h after
Panavir injection which may indicate that normalization of
the EEG in this period.

Abstract
In order to determine the sanitary and hydro
biological and ecological condition of Akhar river and Sattarkhan
reservoir created on its bed the number of saprophyte,
coliform bacteria and the total number of water
microorganisms in 2008 season was determined. It was
stated that Akhar river water is enriched in a small extent
temporarily allochthonous substrate and periphyton microorganisms
due to rains and melting snows. It was also
defi ned that the phytoplankton from river water physiologically
inactive because of low transparency and rapid fl ow
and defi ciency of nutrients in the reservoir. In the water of
reservoir the number of coliform is more or less stable during
one year and varies 3-7 cells per liter. At the same time
the number of saprophytic bacteria is seasonal.

In the course of the research carried out in
different regions of Azerbaijan where agricultural plants
are cultivated it was defi ned that mycobiota of these plants
consists of 183 fungi species which belong to Oomycota,
Ascomycota, Basidiomycota and Anamorphic branches. It
was shown that among the detected fungi there are many
species that cause various diseases. The distribution of
pathogens by environmental groups showed that 61.4%
is of ground-air origin (agents of rust, downy mildew,
blackspot, anthracosis, fi llostiktoz, ascochyta-leaf spot,
septoria spot and others), and 38,6% is soil (Fusarium
pathogens, botritioznoy rot).

Abstract
In this paper the numerical simulation of
surfactant dynamics in the topographically trapped long
waves over a cylindrical shelf is described. Numerical
modeling is based on the balance equation of the surface
concentration. The dynamics of impurities was considered
in the advection - diffusion - relaxation model. The comparison
of different models of the shelf: endless slope,
shelf - step concave exponential shelf has been made.
It was established that the transverse bottom topography
does not signifi cantly affect the geometry of the distribution
of the pellicle, but it has an impact on the quantitative
parameters of concentration. The infl uence of the number
of mode on the concentration level for various models of
the shelf was studied. The growth of the modes number
increases the derivative concentration extremes from the
equilibrium level.

This article shows the effect of Al-Azrakeen
landfi ll on pollution the environment and groundwater in
Sanaa city the capital of Yemen. The article demonstrates
the results of analysis samples of leachate and ground
water taken from the landfi ll and the surrounding area of
the landfi ll. Several physical and chemical parameters were
estimated, this includes pH, electrical conductivity, BOD5,
COD and total dissolved solids, major cations, main anions,
and heavy metals. These results show that the landfi ll
plays an important role in the surrounding groundwater
pollution that requires quick solutions especially that the
most Yemenis live in rural areas and are dependent on
the use of natural resources. Groundwater is the source of
drinking water for over 90% of the population in Sanaa.
The article proves the importance of using absorbent
materials for treatment landfi ll leachate.

Abstract
Basing upon authors experience of assessing
geo-environmental aftermath of temporary installation
and operation of mobile peak-load gas turbine power
plants (MPLGTPPs), authors have proposed a standard
structure to be applied for the environmental impact assessment
documents and the «Environment engineering»
section. The structure of these materials considers various
kinds of environment impact produced by MPLGTPPs: pollution
of atmospheric air, surface and underground waters,
soils, disturbance of the geological environment, and also
physical infl uences (acoustic, thermal, electromagnetic).
The given structure of materials was successfully used for
the ecological substantiation of several mobile power stations
construction.

Abstract
Among the sources of atmospheric air pollution
of the residential territories there are industrial enterprises
working non-constantly within a year. For the atmosphere
pollution level control and working out actions for its
protection against non-stationary sources the accounting
of annual-averaged concentrations of polluting substances
which are proportional to individual impacts of these substances
on a man is offered. The example of calculation of
individual and collective annual infl uences of the pollution
caused by stationary and non-stationary energy objects
is given. It is noticed that in the presence of the medical
statistics data it is possible to establish quantitative connection
between values of infl uences on the one hand and
risks of pulmonary diseases and premature death on the
other hand.

Abstract
The approaches of various researchers in
the evolution of landscapes on the territory of Transdnistria
are considered. It has been shown that there is
the discrepancy between the boundaries of landscape
and differences in the number of landscapes themselves
available by different authors. The differences of
landscape zoning of forest-steppe region are especially
great. On the basis of the analysis of the leading factors
underlying the selection of the landscape morphological
parts by different researchers it has been stated that the
reason for units inconsistency of Transdnistria landscape
zoning is in different approaches to the defi nition of the
landscape morphological elements

Abstract
Based on the analysis of soil and plants
samples the infl uence of Fe, Mn, Zn, Cu, Cd on Se content
in soil and sunfl owers has been estimated, as well as
the intensity of Se accumulation by plants. In soils with
increasing content of Zn, Cu, Cd amount of Se is also
increasing. In plants the relationship between the Se
content and other trace elements hasnt been detected. A
statistically signifi cant effect of Zn and Se in the soil on the
rate of Se accumulation by sunfl ower has been defi ned.
The dependence of the biological accumulation coeffi cient
on the contents of this trace element in soil is not so vital
for plants as for human beings and animals.

In the article the problem of the biodamages
caused by birds on such strategically important
objects as airports, atomic power stations is described.
It is necessary to carry out the ecologo-ornithological
investigation on any object. The results of this investigation
show seasonal and daily distribution of the birds
population in investigated territory. For the bird scaring
effect it is necessary to use the complex approach
combining different groups of repellents application.
The application of the bioacoustic repellents possessing
a number of advantages is most perspective. The
efficiency of any repellents influence considerably decreases
the presence of a readily available forage reserve
near protected object.

Abstract
The problem of environment contamination
in the result of drilling-and-blasting works puts forward
the task of measurement both o the particles number per
unit of cloud volume the law of their distribution by the
dimensions.
Now these parameters are defi ned by expensive
aviation measurements. Existing remote methods of
sounding allow estimating only dispersion of radiation
by aerosol clouds. The optical methodology of particles
parameters evaluation in the clouds generated by the
drilling-and-blasting works is described. Practical examples
of its realization are presented.
