ВЛИЯНИЕ СУБЛЕТАЛЬНЫХ КОНЦЕНТРАЦИЙ ДИАЗИНОНА НА НЕКОТОРЫЕ БИОХИМИЧЕСКИЕ ПОКАЗАТЕЛИ КРОВИ, ТКАНИ ПОЧЕК И МЫШЦ МОЛОДИ ПЕРСИДСКОГО ОСЕТРА(ACIPENSER PERSICUS)

Данное исследование проведено с целью выявления действия сублетальной концентрации диазинона на некоторые биохимические показатели крови, почечную и мышечную ткани молоди персидского осетра. Воздействию диазинона различных концентраций были подвергнуты 120 особей молоди персидского осетра. Клинические ответы и показатели крови были изучены через 24 и 96 часов воздействия. Круговое плавание, быстрые движения жабр, дисбаланс тела наблюдались во всех экспериментах. Однако коллапс мышц, изменение цвета жабр и нижней части тела наблюдались лишь у рыб, подвергнутых более высоким концентрациям диазинона. Содержание кортизола зависело от концентрации и времени воздействия токсиканта. Содержание глюкозы при всех концентрациях увеличивается после 96 часовой экспозиции. Светооптическое исследование показало, что в почечной ткани молоди диазинон вызывает дегенерацию эпителиальных клеток мочевых протоков, кровоизлияние и выпадение гемосидерина, эозинофилию в мочевых путях, гиперплазию и расширение капсулы Боумена; в мышечной ткани - отеки, некрозы и выпадение гемосидерина.
