COMPLEX CORRECTION OF HEALTH OF MEN WITH OBESITY AND HYPERTENSION IN THE CONDITIONS OF AEROBIC PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES

Abstract

It is shown that use of automatic control of set physical activity by the Multi Doctor program, and also a preparation trekrezan in the conditions of aero-bic fitness, promotes reduction of degree of obesity, and also gives additional motiva-tion to the engaged. Use in the course of aerobic fitness of automatic, objective con-trol of physical activity in real time improves techniques of improving and adaptive physical culture. Efficiency aerobic fitness - the trainings directed on correction of a condition of persons, having certain deviations in a state of health, increases when us-ing trekrezan in the form of biologically active additive. Trekrezan can be used, as an additional tool for increase of motivation of visitors fitness - clubs.
