Comparison of peculiarity of action of the heat and of external introduction н2о2 on activity of antioxydant system chloroplasts of wheat
Abstract
glutation are investigated, and also the content carotinoids in chloroplasts of wheat of a grade of
Sharg within 5, 10, 15, 30, 60 minutes. As a result of researches has been found out a considerable
role of glutation in support of functional activity chloroplasts at action as heat, and of external
introduction Н2О2. The adaptive increase of content in chloroplasts of carotinoids already
through 5-10 mines after the beginning of action investigated stressors confirmation about the
important role of the given substances in protection of photosynthetic membranes.
