Influence of cultivation conditions on lactic acid production by bacteria genus lactobacillus
Abstract
selected as a producer of lactic acid and the influence
of carbon and nitrogen on lactic acid production was
studied. It has been established that maximum amount
of lactic acid production takes place in medium: qlucose
- 100g/l as a carbon source, corn steep - 16g/l, as a
nitrogen source, pH 5,5, shaking 200 rot./min.
