Study of nootropic effects of D- and L-isomers of N-(5-hydroxynicotinoil)-glutamate
Abstract
N-(5-hydroxynicotinoil)-glutamate have been studied in
autbred rats and mice. It is shown that only L-isomer of the
substance eliminates adverse effects on memory maximal
electroshock in rats and causes a tendency to increase
survival of mice in a model of hypoxia.
