Abstract

The paper is devoted to the study of the microbiota of the river waters, located in the southern region of the Azerbaijan Republic. As a result of studies performed, we have determined the classification, the prevalence of micromycetes in different substrates and their frequency. In the studies, the water temperature, dissolved oxygen, pH and concentration of nutrients are measured. The studies have been conducted during all the seasons. The results obtained show that the amount of micromycetes is maximal in summer, and in winter their number is minimal.
