лидов низкой активности в образцах змеиного яда. Вы-
явлена активность урана и цезия в составе кристаллов
змеиного яда. Впервые создан гетероконтакт моноселе-
нид индия p-типа проводимости и кристаллов змеиного
яда. Исследовано влияние технологи ческих факторов
на электрические характеристики гетероконтакта. По-
казано, что в этом контакте кристаллы змеиного яда
ведут себя аналогично полупроводнику р-типа прово-
димости. Обнаружено, что исследуемый гетероконтакт
обладает замет ной фоточувствительностью в ближ-
ней области инфракрасного спектрального диапазона.
Рассматривается вопрос о применении змеиного яда в
приборостроении в качестве фотодетектора.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The presence of radionuclids of low activity
has been stated in the samples of snake venom, namely
uranium and caesium. For the fi rst time heterocontact
monocelenid, indium p-type of conductivity and crystals
of snake venom has been created. The infl uence of
technological factors on electric characteristics of
heterocontact has been investigated. It is shown that in
this contact the crystals of snake venom behave similarly
to the semiconductor of r-type of conductivity. It has been
revealed that the investigated heterocontact possesses
appreciable photosensitivity in the area next to an infra-red
spectral range. The question of snake venom application as
