L-изомеров N-(5-гидроксиникотиноил) - глутаминовой
кислоты в эксперименте на беспородных крысах и
мышах. Показано, что только L-изомер исследуемого
вещества устраняет неблагоприятное воздействие на
память максимального электрошока у крыс и вызыва-
ет тенденцию к увеличению выживаемости мышей в
условиях модельной гипоксии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Nootropic properties of D-and L-isomers of
N-(5-hydroxynicotinoil)-glutamate have been studied in
autbred rats and mice. It is shown that only L-isomer of the
substance eliminates adverse effects on memory maximal
electroshock in rats and causes a tendency to increase
