На равнины приходится всего лишь четверть территории страны, но они играют важнейшую роль: здесь сосредоточена большая часть населения, главные города, промышленные предприятия и сельскохозяйственные угодья, на которых выращивается рис. Тиенхай является прибрежным районом, задействованным в сельскохозяйственном секторе страны. Развитие Вьетнама по пути индустриализации обусловливает озабоченность количественным и качественным составом сельскохозяйственных угодий. В городе Бариа провинции Бариа-Вунгтау интенсивно развивается строительная промышленность. В связи с развитием промышленности изменяются виды разрешенного использования земельных участков и состав угодий по причине их трансформации. Таким образом, мониторинг трансформации земельных угодий Вьетнама играет ключевую роль для управления земельными ресурсами страны.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Vietnam is a country of mountains and plateaus, where plains occupy only a quarter of the territory but play a crucial role in the life of the country: most of the population, main cities, industrial enterprises and agricultural lands where rice is grown are concentrated here. Tien Hai is a coastal district of the country involved in the agricultural sector. In addition, the development of Vietnam towards industrialization raises concerns about the quantitative and qualitative composition of agricultural lands. In the Ba Ria city of the Ba Ria - Vung Tau province, the building industry is being intensively developed. Because of the industry development, the types of permitted use of land plots and the composition of the land change dramatically due to their transformation.
