В связи с жесткими условиями проведения реакций, положенных в основу методов, для получения воспроизводимых результатов анализ проводился по методу добавки при одновременном термостатировании проб и стандартных растворов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Methods for quantitative determination of total carbohydrates and lipids in marine waters have been modified for surface waters (carbohydrates with L-tryptophan and lipids with phosphovanillin reagents).
