На основании полученных результатов было сделано заключение, что при всех исследованных способах сохранения растительного материала получаемый препарат ДНК обладает хорошей амплификационной способностью. При этом наиболее оптимальным с практической точки зрения можно считать способ сохранения растительного материала в виде обычного гербария.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>We present the results of the experiments on the comparative evaluation of the efficiency of various methods for preservation of plant material until DNA isolation from it. The main criterion for this evalauation was applicability of obtained DNA samples for PCR amplification. Based on these results it was concluded that all tested method allowed one to obtain the DNA samples having good PCR applicability.
