ПродемонстрированнаявэтойработерольингибитораAurA внормализациидлиныпервичной реснички, редуцированнойприПБП, можетспособствоватьдальнейшемуизучениюприложения ингибиторов этой киназы в терапии ПБП. Таким образом, данные результаты могутсвидетельствоватьоновойроликиназыAurA врегуляцииактивацииполицистина2 как возможного участника в нарушении механизма контроля пролиферации почечного эпителия.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In this study we have demonstrated that Aurora A (AurA) coimmunoprecipitates with polycystin-2 (РС2) in mammalian cells and phosphorylates PC2 in vitro that might suggest biological role for AurA in the regulation of PC2 function. Inhibitors of AurA increase the length of primary cilium reduced in PKD cysts and that inhibition of AurA may have therapeutic beneﬁt in PKD.
